Where is the best place to sell books on eBay?
I have an eBay account and I am presently selling home items. I also have some books that I would like to sell. Should I list the books in regular eBay or is there a special area for books like there is for cars. I do not want to open up a second selling account though.
Thank you Glow Girl…Yes, I was more interested in the Half.com. So it is better to sell books there than under eBay subcatagory books? And does Half.com require me to open another account?

How do I sell books on eBay?
I’ve tried to sell a couple books on eBay – but I haven’t sold anything so far. Anyone out there who is familiar with selling on eBay? Are there any tricks that give my books a better chance of being sold? I’m located in Canada – is there anything I can do to make my books more attractive to U.S. buyers? What kind of books sell the best? Thanks.

Depends on the type of books. In this instant world, I dont think people read as many books as they used to. Research what is selling in the category you want to sell. Sales are down everywhere.

Is it actually a reality to want to sell books on ebay and actually make pretty good money?
I want to start my own little online business and see how it goes. I have done some research and selling books seems like a pretty good niche because all of the other niches like electronics and stuff are all over ebay. Can i get some opinions on this matter and if this is a good idea. Also I already have a part time job so i can afford dropshippers and stuff what do you guys think

I think it would be difficult to make much money through books.
If you look at Amazon, the books there start at 1 cent!
That’s why Amazon, who started with exclusively books, has expanded to other stuff like electronics and clothing and household, to survive.

I would like to sell some books but I would rather call someone if need help than to try to get the answer reading.

I don’t know if this is what you are looking for, but I sell all my text books and regular books that I don’t want anymore on half.com
It is a branch of ebay.com and is relatively easy to use. Their information and rules are easy to understand. And I believe there is a number that you could call if you have any problems.
