How do you sell things on ebay?
I look at things on ebay just for fun. Then I wondered how do they sell things on ebay.I what to sell things on ebay to.Please please help me!

Start a ebay and paypal account,if you are atleast 18.Then when you post something be very descriptive about your item.Set a reasonable shipping fee and send out as soon as payment is received or a day after.Feedback is really important so you want to have great communications skills with your buyers. When you first sale something ebay will hold your money for 21 days or until you get your first positive feedback,I posted something cheap on buy it now and my sister purchase it and gave me positive feedback to get around this.I would suggest getting ebay for dummies or all about ebay, these books really help.Don’t start selling until you feel comfortable with how everything works that way you want panick when you sell something.Good luck

How do you sell things on Ebay from a link?
I recently heard that you can sell things on Ebay and the thing may not even be yours. I heard that you earn money from selling something from someone else’s storage. I want to know how I can do this. Thank You.

admin answers:
Yes you can. There are companies such as SMC (World Of Products). It’s a cataloge order company which drop-ships. The website will have the products. Just cut and paste the pictures and add the details. When someone purchases the items then you go to the website and order the products and have them directly shipped to the customer. The downfall is there are SEVERAL people that use these companies so you will be competing with 50 people with the same exact items and the shipping costs are usually high.

Betty asks…
How can I sell things on eBay without entering credit card or bank account information on PayPal?
I do not have access to credit card or checking account or banking account information. I would really like to sell things on eBay. Does anyone know how I can get money into my PayPal account without this information?
The reason I need money in my PayPal account is for selling fees.
Thank you so much!

Well I know the following thing to be true. You can open both a paypal and ebay account without a credit card.
However, to sell on ebay you must have a credit card verified. I know that you can get a visa gift card to fulfill this requirement. They can cost as low as $25 and it will get you started to selling. Once you get this verified you may start to list and you will not have to pay your seller fees until later. Your bill will come due once per month, and the idea of having the credit card is so ebay can automatically collect from your credit card if you forget to pay from your paypal account. The first bill might come due 15 days after you begin selling.
I do not think you need a bank account or any verified info to collect money from buyers. Usually a checking acount is used to verify physical address. The only thing I see that might be a problem is trouble some buyers may have sending money to sellers with unverified addresses. I know when you sell something you will see if the buyers address is verified or not. I have never noticed if it gives same info for sellers when I make a purchase. I do not think this is an issue because most all purchases except a few categories in ebay, have buyer protection insurance coverage.
Hope this helps a bit.

How do I get a Paypal so I can sell things on Ebay?10 pts promise?
This is my first time selling something on Ebay and I want to get everything right. What do I need? Can a 17 yr old sell on Ebay?
does anybody have advice on how to sell and why do i need a pay pal…maybe a website might help.

admin answers:
Hell, I did this when I was 15.
First, make sure you have something that is in great demand, such as Euro banknotes or gold and silver coins.
Second, you don’t need a paypal account. All you really need is a bank account so you can accept personal checks or money orders.
But be careful: some buyers would not bid because you don’t accept paypal, and
Make sure the checks don’t bounce (the account has no balance) so make sure you wait at least 7 days for the deposited amount to show up in your bank account.
But if you use eBay and paypal… get a credit card ready and lie about your age (make it 10 yrs older). There will be fees, but at least you’ll be selling something.

I want to sell things on ebay. Is there any other way for the buyer to pay other than paypal?
I would like to sell some things on ebay, but i dont want to use paypal. I have heard mix feeling with friends and family on how the handle things . So is there another online site you can use other then paypal.

admin answers:
Ebay owns paypal so they want everyone to use it
but there are other options such as
certapay if ur in canada and i think u can choose
bank to bank transfers or if u live near the person u can ask to meet
up ( i bought something and the person hand delivered it )
but that could be a bit unsafe
but i think paypal is easier and a better choice
especially if u use ur credit card that is because paypal covers up
to 200$ but they usually dont do anything about it while your credit
card company will do something about it and they will probably take
care of the whole problem.
so its a lot easier by paypal although if u still want to use another
